I was looking for a new maid company after underwhelming experiences in the past, and chose Chicago Maid Match. The booking process was seamless, and Steve even reached out to confirm details prior to the appointment AND check-in personally during the service. Which, speaking of - was fantastic! Katie was on-time, friendly, and worked extremely hard. She truly did a "deep" clean and focused on the details.   Awesome service- from start to finish, everything was great! Online booking was super convenient. Steve called personally before and after the service to check in, make sure we were all set, and that we were happy with the cleaning. Barbara did a wonderful job cleaning our apartment, and really took her time to make sure it was done right. She was also very kind and personable. We were just going to do a one time clean to see if we liked it, but we will definitely book again. Thanks so much Barbara and Steve!

  First time using a cleaning service and everything from start to finish was professional and super easy. I called to schedule an appointment and Steve was amazing. He even called after the service was complete to make sure everything went well. Kanesha did the cleaning and she was very thorough and detailed. She identified a mold issue in our apartment that we did not even notice.

  Amazing service!! Very quick response times and handled with care. My home was immaculately cleaned and they didn't hesitate to take the time needed to make sure even the baseboards were dusted. I highly recommend this service. Haven't found one better in the city.
